Please return to this website for information about upcoming eight-hour and 16-hour ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Course sessions conducted by ProSystems EnviroHealth L.L.C. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are conducted from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Scheduling: Additional classes can be scheduled at suitable locations at a client's request. Classes are available weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays, and can be scheduled as a full-day course or as convenient multi-day sessions. In addition to the eight-hour and 16-hour formats, customized classes with more hours are available.
Course Fees: The standard course fee is $250.00 for the eight-hour (one-day) course
$290.00 for the 16-hour (two-day) course.
The standard course fee includes the training, course book (ServSafe® Manager, which is the 6th edition of the book for the course) and other training materials, examination and course certificate, and refreshments. Lunch is not included.
A different course fee may apply based on the number of course hours for multi-day formats, or based on the location. Students who already have the current course book and wish to register without purchasing the book should contact the instructor about the course fee.
